The Role
Working as part of an established household team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping and laundry services throughout the residence. This role requires someone who takes pride in presentation, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the discretion expected within a private household environment.
Key Responsibilities
- High-level housekeeping throughout the residence
- Daily cleaning, care and presentation of luxury interiors
- Fine laundry and garment care
- Expert ironing, pressing and steaming
- Care of designer clothing, couture garments and delicate fabrics
- Wardrobe organisation and linen management
- Bed making and room preparation to five-star standards
- Supporting other household staff and working collaboratively within the team
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within five-star hotels, luxury residences or UHNW private households
- Proven background in housekeeping and fine laundry care
- Strong knowledge of fabric care, stain treatment and garment handling
- Excellent ironing and wardrobe management skills
- High standards of presentation and organisation
- Professional, discreet and reliable manner
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Flexible and service-focused attitude
