At SILKS we have a small, but dedicated team, with one simple goal – to find the perfect solution for your domestic needs. It may be that you need a new employee, help with wardrobe management, or a team to manage an event; whatever support you are looking for, Amanda and Alison will help you find the ideal people to provide it.
Sourcing candidates is the easy part, what takes skill is matching the right person with the right role and this is a very personal task for the duo. From housekeepers to estate managers, from butlers to PAs, they interview each candidate as if selecting them for their own home:
