Full time experienced maintenance person required to work for a private family near Guildford

The candidate needs to be able to work independently and possess the skill set to include general building works.

5 days per week – Surrey and London based
painting, picture hanging lifting and shifting
Basic plumbing, repairs, leaking taps, boilers, applicance repairs
General building jobs
Basic experience in carpentry, decorating, painting, plumbing and electrical

8.30am – 4.30pm with the obvious flexibility required
ASAP start following a successful trial
£40k per annum
