Silks Luxury Lifestyle is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fully staffed UHNW private household for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Principal across multiple private residences.
This is a prestigious opportunity for an experienced Private Personal Assistant with a proven background supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals or families within a private household environment. Applicants from purely corporate Executive Assistant roles are unlikely to possess the specialist experience required for this position.
Working alongside an established team of household staff and trusted advisers, you will provide seamless day-to-day support across both the Principal’s personal and business affairs. This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, impeccable judgement and complete discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple commitments.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules.
- Organising UK and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Providing confidential administrative support for both personal and business matters.
- Liaising with household staff, family office personnel, contractors and professional advisers.
- Managing correspondence, documents and highly confidential information.
- Producing reports, spreadsheets and professional documentation.
- Anticipating the Principal’s requirements and ensuring every aspect of their schedule runs efficiently.
- Supporting the smooth operation of a fully staffed private household with multiple properties.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Private PA, Executive Personal Assistant or Family Office Assistant supporting UHNW or HNW Principals within a private household.
You will be:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Highly computer literate with advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and spreadsheets.
- Experienced in managing complex, ever-changing diaries.
- An excellent communicator with impeccable written and verbal English.
- Able to multitask and prioritise competing demands with ease.
- Naturally discreet, trustworthy and professional.
- Immaculately presented with polished interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working within a fully staffed household and collaborating with household teams.
- Calm, proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Principal before they arise.
