A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeper or Family Assistant to join a lovely professional family based in the Oxshott area of Surrey. This live-out role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis and would suit a proactive, organised and reliable candidate looking for a long-term private household position in Surrey.

The family are seeking someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully run home while also providing practical support with school pick-ups and the after-school routine. Whilst this is not a nanny role, a confident driver is essential.
To accommodate a wider range of applicants, the position can be fulfilled by one full-time candidate or split into two separate roles, making it an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Housekeeper seeking daytime hours or a Family Assistant looking for an afternoon and early evening position.
Housekeeper Role (Morning Hours)
- Approximately 7 hours per day from 7.45am
- Full housekeeping responsibilities
- Laundry and ironing
- Household organisation
- Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the home
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy family household
Family Assistant Role (Afternoon Hours)
- Approximately 3.00pm until early evening
- School pick-ups
- After-school support and supervision
- Assisting with the children’s afternoon routine
- Providing a reliable and positive presence within the home
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper, Family Assistant or within a private household
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, trustworthy and discreet
- Warm, friendly and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and use initiative
