An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time Housekeeper to join a welcoming private household in Leatherhead, Surrey, supporting the smooth running of two beautifully maintained family homes.

This is a rare long-term position suited to a professional Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in creating calm, organised and impeccably presented living spaces. The principals are seeking someone naturally detail-focused, proactive and discreet — a person who anticipates needs, works independently, and maintains the highest standards of housekeeping across both residences.

The role is split between two nearby properties, typically 2.5 days at each home (or a 3-day / 2-day arrangement), offering variety while maintaining a structured and consistent weekly routine.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day housekeeping and presentation of both homes, ensuring they are always maintained to an exceptional standard.

Key duties include:

• Full housekeeping and daily maintenance of two private residences

• Ensuring immaculate presentation throughout all living spaces

• Laundry, ironing and specialist garment care

• Wardrobe management and organisation

• Household organisation and stock management

• Running errands and assisting with day-to-day household tasks

• Supporting the seamless running of the homes

• Comfortable working around and assisting with family dogs

The Ideal Housekeeper

The family is looking for a polished and experienced professional who understands the expectations of a private household environment.

You will be:

• Experienced within private households, UHNW homes or luxury residences

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to manage your workload independently

• Discreet, trustworthy and professional at all times

• Calm, positive and naturally service-orientated

• Comfortable around dogs and happy in a pet-friendly home

• A confident driver with your own car (essential due to property locations and errands)

Working Hours & Salary

• Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Split between two Leatherhead properties

• £45,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

• ASAP start available
