We are all waiting in great anticipation for the key dates to finally arrive as set out by the government to ease lockdown restrictions. From Monday 29th March, outdoor gatherings for up to six people, or two households, will be permitted outside. Together with our team of experts, we are able to create contemporary and stylish ways in order to celebrate and interact safely. A seated dinner party is possibly the safest way to host a gathering whilst the UK is still adhering to social distancing measures.
Outdoor hospitality including restaurant gardens and terraces will hopefully be able to open from Monday 12th April. However, the majority of high quality venues across London and Surrey are already fully booked. An alternative option could be to hire your very own bartender to to serve you and your guests bespoke cocktails, and have your guests chauffeur driven home, all organised by the team at SILKS.
Private Dining Rooms
From Monday 17th May, mixing indoors will be allowed within certain limitations. This will enable 2 households to meet for dinner and or drinks inside a home or event space. We recommend that guests are sent some guidelines ahead of time to establish the etiquette and safety of the event. For instance, instructions on where the event will be, which measures will be in place to protect all parties will help the host and guests feel relaxed.
The final hurdle
On the 21st June, we are desperately hoping that large events and all remaining social contact restrictions will be lifted.
