Part-Time Housekeeper / Nanny – Esher, Surrey

£25 per hour | 25 hours per week | Flexible schedule

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable part-time Housekeeper / Nanny to support a warm and welcoming family of four in Esher, Surrey, caring for a beautiful family home and assisting with the day-to-day needs of an infant and a toddler.

This is a flexible, long-term role that would suit someone looking to complement another position or achieve an excellent work–life balance.

About the Family

The mother is very hands-on and actively involved with the children, but would value a calm, capable professional who can step in confidently when needed, offering practical support and an extra pair of trusted hands. The household is relaxed, organised, and appreciative of discretion and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping duties (primary focus):

• Maintaining the home to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation

• Laundry and ironing for the family

• Light household management tasks (tidying, organising cupboards, children’s areas)

• Ensuring the home is always welcoming and well-presented

Childcare support (shared care):

• Assisting Mum with the care of an infant and toddler

• Helping during busy times of day (mornings, mealtimes, transitions)

• Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities when required

• Supporting routines while respecting parental preferences

Working Hours & Flexibility

• 25 hours per week

• Schedule can be flexible and discussed to suit the right candidate

• Ideal for someone combining this role with another part-time position

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, nanny, or housekeeper/nanny within private households

• Confident working around young children (infant and toddler experience essential)

• Proactive, reliable, and happy to work alongside a hands-on parent

• Discreet, warm, and professional in approach

• Right to work in the UK

• Excellent references
