Chauffeur / Maintenance All-Rounder – Surrey
Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00am–6:00pm, with flexibility as required
We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and highly practical Chauffeur / Maintenance All-Rounder to support the smooth running of a private family home in Surrey.
This is a varied role that would suit an energetic individual with a broad skill set across property maintenance, household support and chauffeuring. The successful candidate will be comfortable undertaking a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring the property is maintained to a high standard whilst providing driving support when required.
Responsibilities
- Chauffeuring family members as required
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work
- Gardening and outdoor upkeep
- Monitoring and coordinating tradespeople and contractors
- Managing routine household maintenance tasks
- Ensuring the property and grounds are presented to an excellent standard
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the household
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be practical, resourceful and capable of turning their hand to a wide variety of tasks. A background in property maintenance, estate support, facilities management, handyman services or private household roles would be highly advantageous.
You will possess:
- Excellent practical maintenance and repair skills
- A full clean driving licence
- Strong knowledge of London and the surrounding areas
- The ability to plan routes efficiently and navigate confidently
- A proactive approach with strong initiative and common sense
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- A flexible, reliable and discreet nature
- Good physical fitness and a hands-on attitude
